I'm Nick. Upshift is one person — the same one who hears where your business leaks, designs the fix, builds it, and watches it run.
What I kept seeing
It was never an AI problem. It was a foundation problem.
I came in while everyone was bolting AI onto their business. Some of it worked. Most of it broke the first time reality went off-script — because underneath, nothing was connected. The automation was fine. The ground it stood on wasn't.

Why I care
What gave me my nights back wasn't more software. It was connecting what I already had.
I'm a business owner too. I know the 11pm inbox, the one detail you're sure you forgot, the chest that tightens on a Sunday. More tools never fixed it — they added more screens to check. Consolidating and optimizing what I already ran is what actually did. Same as it'll do for you.
