See if we're the right fit.

Tell us what's slowing your business down. We'll read every word, and if we can't help, we'll tell you that too.

01

Tell us what's slowing you down.

A few minutes. The more detail you give us, the more useful our reply.

02

A real person reads it.

Every word, usually within one business day. No drip sequence, no auto-responder pretending to be someone.

03

We talk it through.

We dig into how your business runs and what's actually causing the problem, then tell you honestly what we'd build. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

The more we know, the better our reply.

You don't need to know what the fix is. That's our job. A few things that help:

  • What's going wrong, in your own words. No technical language needed.
  • What you've already tried, if anything.
  • The tools and platforms you use today.
  • What it would look like if this were fixed.

We only use what you send to reply to you. How we handle it

No spam. A real person reads every message.

What does Upshift Automations actually do?

We solve the technology problems that slow a business down. Sometimes that's custom software, like a CRM built around how you work. Sometimes it's a website, an AI agent, an automation, an integration between tools that don't talk, or a dashboard that finally shows the numbers that matter. We start with the problem and build whatever it calls for.

Do you only build automations?

No. Automations are a big part of what we do, but they're one tool among several. If the right answer is a piece of custom software, a website, an AI agent or a connection between the systems you already run, that's what we build.

Why do so many technology projects fail?

Usually because the tool gets bolted onto chaos. Researchers keep landing on the same causes: RAND points to deployment infrastructure that never got built, and MIT found tools that never integrate with real workflows. It matches what we see. Something built on scattered, disagreeing systems has no reliable data to run on and nothing to fall back on, so it works until the first surprise. That's why we understand how the business actually runs before we build anything.

What happens when something you build hits a situation it doesn't understand?

It doesn't guess. Everything we build checks its inputs, follows a fallback path when something looks off, fixes the hiccups it knows how to fix, and hands real judgment calls to a person, flagged with context. Software handles the repetitive work; people keep the judgment.

Will this replace my employees?

No, and we'd tell you if that's what you were asking for. What it replaces is the busywork between your people: the re-typing, the chasing, the "did anyone follow up on that?" Your team gets the hours back. The judgment stays human.

Can this work with the software we already use?

Almost always. Email, CRMs, ad platforms, calendars, invoicing, phone systems, spreadsheets: if it holds a piece of your business, we can usually connect it. Your team keeps working in the tools they know. When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it.

Do you build websites too?

Yes. Custom-designed and hand-built, with motion, SEO, AI chat and lead capture built in, and connected to everything else we make for you.

See the website design page →

What happens after it launches?

We stay involved. We watch what we built run in the real world, catch drift before it turns into a problem, and keep improving it as your business changes. Nothing gets handed over and forgotten.

How long does it take?

It depends on the problem, and we won't invent a number before we understand it. What we can promise is the shape: the work ships in pieces, so you see it working as it lands instead of waiting on a big reveal. Be suspicious of anyone who promises a transformed business in 30 days.

We already got burned by a technology project. Why would this go differently?

You're exactly who we build for. What failed you probably wasn't the technology. It was something built on scattered systems with nothing to fall back on, and nobody watching once it shipped. We start with the problem, build in fail-safes, and stay involved after launch. Tell us what happened in the form above; we've heard most of these stories.
